Steps to Beach and Boardwalk (712) Sleeps 20 -

We arrived and quickly noticed a lot of trash all around the property. The doors were all stained and the screens on the windows were falling off. The inside walls were stained and not clean. It is a large property and had plenty of room to sleep 20. We only had 10 total, so we had plenty of room. It has several refrigerators, 2 washer and dryers, and some light cooking supplies. You will have to bring your own toilet paper and paper towels. For the 10 of us we had to make a trip to buy a bunch for the 3 days we stayed. We love the location and size of the property. The few things I mentioned are easily repaired and cleaned.

Everything was as described. The location is fantastic for those looking to frequent the boardwalk/beach. Very convenient (located right next to an access point). Had a great stay!

Great place & location.

The property served our family really well. There was plenty of room. Access to the boardwalk and the beach were great.

Everyone fit! Lots of beds, bathrooms and beach chairs! Kitchen is a bit small but was good. Tip - bring a cork screw. The convenience to the beach was awesome.
