Townhouse with Pool! OC/Fenwick-

The host was excellent. He responded quickly to any problems and made any needed corrections. For example the living room TV played up while we were there and it was replaced in less than 24 hours. The home was clean and sufficient and our large family had a great time. One of the balconies off the living room area has a loose/non-attached railing which needs to be secured. We simply made that area off-limits. For large groups, couple extra pieces of furniture would be nice. Kitchen was well-stocked but could use more forks and new set frying pans for families that cook. But we had a fantastic time and reasonably priced for the location. And the pool was a fantastic bonus - walking distance too beachh and pool directly in community! Within walking distance to Kohr Bros, candy kitchen, water park, and mini golf, etc….Overall a wonderful family vacation. Thank you John for your assistance and good will in making our vaca a winner!

Clean and spacious! Very close walk to the beach!

The townhouse was a fantastic stay. With lots of things to do close by and there were no crowds at the beach. Having all the beach chairs and the ac’d garage with a tv was awesome for game day. Will be staying here again with our large family.

Perfect location, the house is very convenient and practical. We were 15 and slept comfortably. The host communicated quickly and answered any questions we had.

We rented this unit with 2 other families for a soccer weekend. The house was ready, clean, and had all amenities as promised. In addition, the owner worked with our departure time since the girls had a very early game! Location is ideal - easy access to food, entertainment, and BEACH! Hope to be back next year to stay for the same tournament! Thank you!!
