Private Pool ~ Tiki Bar ~ Sleeps 19 ~ Steps to Beach

A great house in a great location. It's an easy walk to many restaurants, bars, and of course the beach... although the backyard setup with pool and surround sound make it hard to even leave! It was awesome to have a common area where people can hang out, which is rare with most places in Ocean City being condos. The beds are comfy and rooms are spacious, able to host a good sized party. The only knock we had was there was no grill setup, which forced us to get creative in the kitchen. Regardless, would stay here again and highly recommend to anyone visiting!

Great house and great communication from the host.

The home itself was beautiful & the location was excellent. The property offered a wonderful pool, great beach access, high-end appliances, a kitchen with plenty of utensils, quality beach chairs, & a wagon that made our stay enjoyable. From a design & amenities standpoint, the home largely met expectations.Unfortunately, the overall condition of the property at check-in did not align with the premium price point of the rental. Upon arrival, the house was noticeably unclean, which was disappointing. Additionally, linens were missing from the bedrooms, and the kitchen lacked basic essentials (hand towels and dish cloths). None of the ice machines on the property worked which was disappointing. To their credit, the mgmt co. responded immediately & sent a cleaning crew to address the issue. While their responsiveness was appreciated, I would not expect a property in this price range to require additional cleaning after guests arrive.Overall, this is a beautiful property, excellent amenities & a great pool. However, the housekeeping standards, missing supplies, & deferred maintenance on some outdoor furnishings detracted from the experience. The mgmt co. deserves credit for being responsive & working quickly to resolve issues, but for the price paid, guests should not encounter these problems upon arrival. I would consider staying again for the location & quality of the home itself, but I hope the mgmt oversight and quality control processes improve to better match the price.

The property was amazing!!! I could not recommend it enough, it is an amazing location, our group really enjoyed the less crowded portion of the beach. Our group of 20 fit comfortably and the backyard layout was perfect for us. Staying at this property will definitely be a cherished memory for us.

We had a lovely stay! The house was beautiful and the layout perfectly accommodated everyone. The location was ideal and the house had great amenities. The surround sound was super fun for our mom’s weekend away! Thank you for a wonderful and stress free weekend!
